Abstract
The goal of endodontic therapy is to obdurate pulp space completely with an inert filling material after through mechanical and chemical debridement of entire pulp tissue. Therefore, a comprehensive understanding of root canal morphology is very important step in root canal treatment and helpful to reduce endodontic failure caused by incomplete canal preparation and obturation. This report describes two cases of unusual root canal anatomy of four-rooted maxillary molars and considerations in treatment. A comprehensive understanding of root canal morphology through clinical and radiographic inspection should be needed for endodontic success.
